Redwater Fellowship of Churches Food Bank

Giving A Helping Hand To Those In Need

Our Mission:

As a recognized charity that is inclusive, nonpartisan, and nondenominational, our goal is to lessen or end hunger. As needed by the person or family, we strive to fill our hampers with wholesome food and toiletry supplies to enhance their health and wellbeing.

Our Vision:

Through successful community collaborations, we gather surplus and donated food and

buy food items for our clients. We work to minimize food waste as we think all food should be utilized to its fullest.

IMPORTANT NEWS

Our Food Bank strives to provide perishable and non-perishable items to our clients. If there is at any time a food recall from the Government of Canada that affects our clients, we will post a link to the recall here.

If you would like to sign up to get recall notices sent directly to you, please click here

We recognize the Indigenous Peoples' ancestral lands and territories, which they have occupied and cared for since the beginning of time. We are on the traditional regional homeland of the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit, which is Treaty 6. We value the contributions made by the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people that continue to improve our communities, and we appreciate and respect their varied cultures, histories, and languages.
